Booking procedure: To make a reservation for Garden Route
Trail follow the confirmation steps below,
1) Review the suggested starting dates
in the drop down lists below,
Departure Dates: Trail departure dates are determined by
the tides so that the beach sections are hiked during the time of
maximum low tide. Recommended Trail starting dates till August 2009
are as follows. Use the drop down menu's to view available dates for
each month:
Start and finish times : The trail starts with
registration at 09h00 on day 1 and finishes between
12h30 and 13h15 on day 5.

2) Inquire via e-mail
or telephonically for availability of preferred dates.
3) When the availability of the dates that suit you have been established,
confirm your booking by e-mailing or faxing your completed Reservation
Form (downloadable from this link : Reservation
Form - When downloading choose option to save document to disc and
open the saved document through MS Word - OR you can request that we
e-mail or fax it to you.) with proof of a 50% deposit (bank details
are available on the reservation form) to the following contacts:
For single persons in groups less than 5 persons, there is a R250.00
supplement in addition to the above prices.

Payment : Payment can be made by one or a combination of
the following methods, a cheque or cash deposited directly into the
account or a direct electronic transfer. Credit card payments can
only be made by electronic transfer if your Internet banking allows
such a transaction.
Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit on confirmation of booking, balance of payment on registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit
7 to 30 days forfeit 50% of deposit
